We'are enjoyable on keep cats, but scooping cat feces frustrating us. Cats are timid by nature and like natural, open and safe environments,also the same goes for defecation. The automatic cat litter boxes on the market frees up our hands try to solve this problem.But most of them adopt a closed(drum) structure, which is smart enough but space for cat is small and not safety enough. And the existing other open litter box is not smart enough, So we innovated research this bionic smart open automatic cat litter box.

Once the carrier receives the package, it will take 2 to 5 business days to deliver. Additional time may be required for shipment to remote areas. Why my cat litter box can’t connect to the Wi-Fi and MagicScoop APP?

Like the most of smart cat litter box in the market, we only support the 2.4GHz frequency band Wifi and currently do not support the 5GHz Wi-fi network. Please ensure that your router or wireless network settings support the 2.4G Wi-Fi network.

Does the automatic litter box have a cat weight limit?

MagicScoop M1 Pro open automatic cat litter box suitable for most of cats which the weight between 3.3 lbs-22 lbs(or 1.5kg-10kg).

Does the MagicScoop self-cleaning litter box require special litter?

No,MagicScoop self cleaning litter box support most cat litters on the market of various brand, But different cat litters have different self-cleaning effects. Small particles and better agglomeration effect cat litter like crushed cat litter and mineral litter is the best; small diameter tofu cat litter and bentonite cat litter are second. The self cleaning effects maybe not well if use other kinds of cat litter.Especially not recommended to use long strips of tofu cat litter with a length greater than 10mm.
