1. Limited Warranty Coverage
MagicScoop offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all products purchased through our official website or authorized distributors. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
If a product is found to be defective within this period, MagicScoop will repair or replace the item at no charge to the customer (excluding shipping if applicable).
2. What Is Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or dismantling
- Damage caused by power surges, liquid ingress, or external environmental factors
- Consumable parts (e.g., filters, cat litter, deodorizer packs) unless defective at purchase
- Normal wear and tear
3. Extended Support Beyond Warranty
For products exceeding the warranty period by no more than 60 days, we offer a 20% discount toward the purchase of a new unit as a goodwill gesture.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@magicscooper.com with the following:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Additional Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Replacement or repaired products do not extend the original warranty period.
- The remedies provided under this policy are the sole and exclusive remedies.
- MagicScoop is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
