1. 30-Days Money Back Guranteed: Within 30 days of the date of purchase, return your undamaged/unused MagicScoop product to receive a refund. It is important to note that because the litter box is a hygiene product, if cat litter is placed in it, it will affect the secondary sales, and the 30-day no-reason return policy is not applicable. If you need to return the product after using cat litter, a fee of $30 for usage of the litter box will be charged. It is recommended to fully understand the product's features and cleaning effects before placing cat litter for using.
2.  1-year Warranty: We offer 1-year warranty with replacement or repair. This warranty covered our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty under normal use for the original owner against all manufacturing and workmanship defects(No free accessories are covered by the warranty service).The 1-year warranty is started once the initial owner has received the product. If the MagicScoop M1 malfunctions due to user error, disassembly, and repair, it is not covered by our warranty, but we are happy to provide ongoing technical guidance.
