30-Day Returns & Refunds Policy — MagicScoop

We want you (and your pets) to love MagicScoop products. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return undamaged products purchased directly from magicscoop.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be fully functional, undamaged, and include all accessories.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging as received.
  • Units should be cleaned before return — products returned in unclean condition may be rejected.

Note:
- Cat litter is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Opened accessories (e.g., grooming tools, cleaning accessories, waste bags, pet toys) are not eligible for return unless unused and in original sealed packaging.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If return is due to product quality issues, MagicScoop covers return shipping.
  • If return is due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return & Refunds Are Not Accepted If:

  • Product was not purchased from magicscoop.com.
  • Damage was caused by improper use or installation.
  • Original packaging, labels, or accessories are missing.
  • Serial numbers, waterproof marks, or labels are tampered with.
  • Return is requested after 30 days for non-quality issues.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@magicscoop.com with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we will provide a return address or shipping label and detailed return instructions.

Refund Process

  • We will inspect the returned product within 3 business days of receipt.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • You may cancel your order before it ships.
  • If your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please follow the return process.
